About Us
The Miss Mandaue 2009 is the search for a young woman who will serve as ambassadress of goodwill and represent the people and City of Mandaue in various functions and gatherings. She must therefore have the charm, beauty, grace and personality to be able to establish good public relations and promote the city effectively.

More importantly, she must have the wit and aptitude to be able to articulate the details of programs, projects and activities of the City. She must also serve as an emblem of the vision of the current city administration and its spokesperson at the forefront.
